Product Description :
Nerolac Suraksha Acrylic Exterior Emulsion is an economical, water thinnable coating, specially designed for application on exterior walls in dry or moderately humid climatic conditions. It is an ideal choice for consumers wishing to upgrade from cement paint, since it is much superior to normal cement paint in terms of durability, finish and resistance to algae, resistance to yellowing.

1. The surface to be painted must be free from all dust, 1 grease, traces of paint flakes, algae and fungus.
2. The surface previously coated with paint must be cleaned thoroughly with a stiff wire brush to remove dust, dirt, chalking or loose flakes.
3. Wash thoroughly with water and allow to dry to ensure proper adhesion of the new paint system.
4. In case of fungus affected area, apply a liberal coat of Nerolac Fungicidal Solution. Allow it to react for minimum 6-8 hours.
5. For parapet tops and other horizontal surfaces, application of 3 coats is recommended.
6. All structural cracks must be opened in V shape filled with cement and sand mixture and leakage should be stopped before actual painting.
7. Freshly plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure 7 completely for minimum 12 weeks.

• Store in well ambient conditions, ventilated locations & away from sources of ignition & fire. 
• Keep away from children. 
• In case of eye/skin contact, wash with plenty of water.
•  Inhalation/Injection is dangerous. In either case, move to fresh air & consult medical practitioners. 
• Do not apply when ambient temperature might drop to level below 10°C within 4 hours of application.
•  New plaster should be allowed to cure minimum 12 weeks. 
• Avoid extra thinning for better results.
• Do not use universal stainers. Stir paint well before application. 
• The container must be tightly closed when not in use. Stir well and strain before use. 
• Use safety equipments like rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles/ glasses & face mask.

Nerolac Excel Everlast 12 is highly durable UV resistant water based exterior emulsion with unique poly urethane - silicon hybrid
emulsion/latex. It offers best in class sheen & excellent dust pick up resistance. Being fortified with ENCAP additives, it resists
diverse harsh weather conditions with excellent anti algae performance and durability.

All structural cracks must be opened in V shape and filled
with White cement plaster/cement based plaster. All
leakages should be stopped. Freshly plastered surfaces
must be allowed to cure completely.

Priming should be done with Nerolac Exterior Primer or
Nerolac Excel Alkali Prime primer cum sealer OR self
priming by mixing with 100 % volume of clean water.
3. In case of fungus affected area, apply a liberal coat of Nero
wash solution and allow it to react for 6-8 Hrs.
Ensure through cleaning of surface with stiff wire brushing
followed by high pressure water jet cleaning. 1.
Thin 1 Liter paint with 300 - 400 ml of clean water. Apply 2 to 3 coats with an
interval of 4-6 Hrs by brush or roller. Dark shades may require additional
coat for hiding. For Horizontal surfaces and Parapet tops application of one
additional coat is recommended for better protection.
Application of Nerolac Air drying clear sealer is
recommended on highly absorbent surfaces like roof
tiles, chalky surfaces etc.
